I found Joshua Tree Appliance Repair from a Google search when I was looking for miele dryer repair in Desert Hot Springs, CA. My Miele dryer was heating off and on, then taking forever to dry one load. Not great. I called, got a fast reply, and the tech showed up when they said he would, which honestly already put them ahead of a lot of companies.
The technician was professional, easy to talk to, and clearly knew Miele units. He checked the vent, tested the heating side, and found the issue without dragging it out. That’s what I wanted. Real miele dryer repair, not guessing. He explained enough, gave me the price before doing the work, and got the dryer running the same visit.
After the repair, I ran a couple towels and then a regular load. Huge difference. Drying time went back to normal and the machine sounded better too, probably because he caught another small issue before it turned into something bigger. I appreciated that.
